TEGO® RC 711 is a solvent-free, UV curing silicone acrylate release coating. It is designed for easy release applications on paper and film substrates. UV curing of TEGO® RC 711 requires inerting by nitrogen (< 50 ppm residual oxygen in the curing chamber).
Typical Applications
TEGO® RC 711 mainly serves as an anchorage component for all mixtures with TEGO® RC Silicones with easy or controlled release values. It is used for the manufacturing of release coatings with easy release properties for self-adhesive products for instance
