TEGO® Coagulant 4910 may be used for heat sensitization of natural and synthetic latex for various applications for instance
- Production of thin articles like medical gloves or condoms
- Coating of textiles, non-woven or gloves with inlet
Benefits at a glance
- The use of TEGO® Coagulant 4910 has no negative impact on the mechanical properties of the produced latex articles and does not influence the stability of the latex below the sensitization temperature
- In comparison to conventional coagulation methods the insert of TEGO® Coagulant 4910 may fasten the production process considerably
- Furthermore TEGO® Coagulant 4910 may improve the softening of the produced latex articles
- However, we recommend rapid processing of the treated latex and to secure storage temperatures at least 10°C below the adjusted sensitization temperature
