REWOCOROS® AL 200 is applied as multifunctional corrosion inhibitor for water miscible lubricants. It is suitable for aluminium alloys as well as for ferrous metals depending on what kind of neutralization agent is used. As alkali and ammonium salt (combined with potassium hydroxide or a corresponding amine) it can also be used as extreme pressure (EP), anti-wear (AW) additive and lubricity improver for water miscible lubricants such as metalworking fluids. In neat cutting, drawing, and rolling oils REWOCOROS® AL 200 is used in its non-neutralized form as EP/AW additive and lubricity improver.
