TEGO® RC 1772 is a solvent-free UV-curing silicone acrylate release coating that produces a matte surface and low coefficient of friction. It is a ready-to-use, one-component blend that includes TEGO® Photoinitiator A18.
Typical Applications
TEGO® RC 1772 is used in the manufacturing of release coatings with medium release properties for self-adhesive products. Some examples of these products include self-adhesive labels, linerless thermal labels, and release liners with low coefficients of friction. Additionally, TEGO® RC 1772 is well-suited for use in hygiene applications that require easy to medium release properties.
