TEGOMER® AntiScratch 100 is a siloxane polyolefin compound delivered in pelletized form.
Typical Applications
- Recommended to be used in polyolefin compounds to guarantee permanent scratch resistance
- Suitable for PP / TPO systems used for interior or exterior car application
- Is used for unfilled PP compounds as often used for domestic appliances
- Can be applied in alloys based on polyolefin with polar thermoplastic materials such as PBT or PA

- None migrative additive for the improvement of permanent long-term scratch resistance
- Has superior scratch performance even after elevated temperature storing and UV-aging and shows no fogging
- Highly effective and does not have to be combined with amides to achieve high scratch resistance
- Works in a wide range of talc filling as it is typical for interior and exterior automotive application with 10-40% talc filling
- Does not influence the gloss of the polyolefin compound
- Suitable for thermoplastic polyolefins with other inorganic fillers, e.g. wollastonite as used for light weight automotive developments
