ACCUREL® MP 300 is a porous carrier resin completely made from linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE).
Typical Applications
ACCUREL® MP 300 is used as a carrier for liquid additives for easier and safer handling or controlled release. It is most effective for the incorporation of thermally sensitive additives, reactive agents, fragrances and for those which cannot be processed by conventional extrusion compounding techniques. Liquid additives absorb physically onto ACCUREL® MP 300 at temperatures up to 70°C. In general, additive viscosity should not exceed 30,000 cSt at absorption processing temperature.
