ACCUREL® Si 803 is a mixture of a modified ultrahigh molecular weight polysiloxane with high density polyethylene (HDPE). The viscosity of the polysiloxane typically is in the range of 10 – 16 million cSt, the molecular weight is at 330 kg/mol.
Typical Applications
ACCUREL® Si 803 acts as a permanent lubricant and slip agent for instance for HDPE pipes.
Compared with silicone oil based masterbatches, ACCUREL® Si 803 provides less screw slippage during processing, better release, low COF and less printing problems.
