ACCUREL® XP 100 is a porous carrier resin completely made from polypropylene (PP).
Typical Applications
ACCUREL® XP 100 is a porous PP carrier for the production of additive masterbatches and solid concentrates via absorption of liquid additives at processing temperatures up to 100°C. It is most effective for the incorporation of thermally sensitive additives, reactive agents, fragrances and for those which cannot be processed by conventional extrusion compounding techniques. In general, additive viscosity should not exceed 30,000 cSt at absorption processing temperature.
