ACCUREL® XP 400 is a porous carrier resin made from low density polyethylene (LDPE).
Typical Applications
ACCUREL® XP 400 is a porous LDPE carrier for the production of additive concentrates at loading temperatures up to 70°C via physical absorption of the additive. It is most effective for the incorporation of thermally sensitive additives reactive agents, fragrances and for those that cannot be processed by conventional extrusion compounding techniques. In general, additive viscosity should not exceed 30,000 cSt at absorption processing temperature.
