ACCUREL® XP 500 is a porous carrier resin made from EVA (VA content 5%).
Typical Applications
ACCUREL® XP 500 is a porous EVA carrier for the production of additive concentrates at loading temperatures up to 60°C via physical absorption of the additive. ACCUREL® XP 500 is most effective for the incorporation of thermally sensitive additives and for those that cannot be processed by conventional extrusion compounding techniques. In general, additive viscosity should not exceed 30,000 cSt at absorption processing temperature.
