ACCUREL® XP 550 is a porous carrier resin made from EMA.
Typical Applications
ACCUREL® XP 550 is a porous EMA carrier for the production of additive concentrates at loading temperatures up to 60°C via physical absorption of the additive. ACCUREL® XP 550 is most effective for the incorporation of thermally sensitive additives and for those that cannot be processed by conventional extrusion compounding techniques. In general, additive viscosity should not exceed 30,000 cSt at absorption processing temperature.
