ACCUREL® XP 850 is a porous carrier resin made from styrene-butadiene block copolymer (SBC).
Typical Applications
ACCUREL® XP 850 is a porous SBC carrier for the production of additive masterbatches via absorption of liquid additives at processing temperatures up to 40°C. ACCUREL® XP 850 is most effective for the incorporation of thermally sensitive additives, reactive agents and for those which cannot be processed by conventional extrusion compounding techniques. In general, additive viscosity should not exceed 30,000 cSt at absorption processing temperature.
