TEGO® STS Pellets is a sorbitan tristearate surfactant. Used as anti fogging agent in food packaging films.
Typical Applications
- Active ingrediant in additive masterbatches for food packaging and green house films
- TEGO® STS Pellets is used in the outer and inner layer of multi layer films
- It migrates slowly to the surface to form a hydrophilic layer, where humidity will spread spread to a thin film and not condense in form of droplest
- TEGO® STS Pellest will give a long lasting effect, when also used in the inner layer
