BREAK-THRU® BP 787 is a biodegradable multifunctional carrier fluid without eco toxicological classification. It is used as carrier fluid for microbes and chemical pesticides for foliar applications and seed treatment.
Typical Applications
BREAK-THRU® BP 787 can be used during the milling process with no need of adding water.
To incorporate biological actives like fungal spores or Bacillus in BREAK-THRU® BP 787, the addition of a wetting agent like BREAK-THRU® S 301 or BREAK-THRU® S 255 is recommended at a treat rate of 10-30 g/L. If a dispersant is necessary, we recommend 10-50 g/L of BREAK-THRU® DA 646 or BREAK-THRU® DA 647. The biological actives should be incorporated with low shear blending.
For chemical actives, mix all active components and surfactants with low shear mixing followed by high shear mixing in a bead mill to produce a homogenous slurry.
If necessary, post addition of a rheology modifier (silica is recommended) and antifoam can be added with low shear mixing.
