ACCUREL® CL 3750 M is an additive concentrate of TAIC on LLDPE. The active ingredient TAIC is a trifunctional monomer which can polymerize in the presence of radicals formed by irradiation or peroxides.
Typical Applications
ACCUREL® CL 3750 M is used for the production of radiation crosslinkable or peroxide crosslinkable polyethylene, e.g. cables, tubes and pipes. The product is suitable for LLDPE, LDPE and HDPE and can be used for other polyolefines such as EVA or PP as well.
The active ingredient TAIC increases the crosslinking reactions over the degradation reactions during irradiation.
