What key insights did you gain from your training in Germany that still inspire your work today?

Living and receiving a training in Germany at the age of 18 for two and a half years significantly broadened my horizons beyond what I learned in textbooks. I became fluent in German and developed a strong sense of self-trust when faced with life's challenges. But the biggest takeaway? Witnessing my German colleagues excel in their work! Their no-detail-is-too-small approach still inspires and shapes my own work today.

What does it take to lead a team effectively - especially early in your career?

Being a shift lead involves a blend of responsibility and challenge. Since I'm new in my role, I recognize I must level-up my skills to earn the crew's trust, get everyone rowing in the same direction, and ensure we execute our tasks effectively—all while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

What impact do your products have on people's lives - could you give us an example? 

Our product SI69 not only enhances tire performance by establishing a stronger bond between fillers and rubber - it takes mechanical properties to the next level. Additionally, its improved processing ease, greater resistance to aging, and eco-friendly features are driving significant innovation in the tire industry, paving the way for greener technologies and sustainable growth.
