How do emotion and science come together in your job?  

Cosmetics is a fascinating field for someone with a strong technical background like mine. When developing new active ingredients with delivery systems, I focus on physicochemical properties and run efficacy tests to build a solid scientific dossier. Consumers today expect products backed by real innovation. 

Yet cosmetics succeed not only through science—they also trigger emotions. That’s why I consider the emotional aspect from the very beginning, aiming to deliver solutions that are both technically advanced and emotionally meaningful 

What is your strongest motivation as an expert?  

My strongest motivation comes from science itself. It constantly offers new problems to solve and challenges that spark creativity. I enjoy transforming materials into solutions that can improve people’s daily lives. 

Working in Skin Care makes this even more exciting: it’s a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where continuous innovation is essential. This pushes me to combine scientific rigor with creativity and motivates me to develop technologies that truly make an impact.
