Evonik receives kununu Top Company award 2026

Evonik has been honored with the kununu Top Company Award for the fifth year in a row, reaffirming its position as a leading employer.

After already being recognized as a Top Company for the past four years, Evonik is once again receiving the kununu Top Company Award this year for its outstanding workplace culture. The award highlights companies with exceptionally high employee satisfaction and is based solely on independent reviews on kununu. Only about five percent of all companies on kununu receive the Top Company distinction each year.

To qualify for the kununu Top Company Award 2026, a company must meet the following criteria:

At least seven employee reviews
A score of at least 3.8 stars (out of 5), both overall and specifically in employee reviews
An employee review score of at least 3.8 stars within the past twelve months
At least two new reviews within the past twelve months

Kununu is an independent platform where employees can anonymously review their employers, offering transparent insights into workplace culture and day‑to‑day reality. With millions of authentic reviews, it is one of the most important reference points for professionals and companies in German‑speaking countries.
