Laura drives organizational development
Hello, my name is Laura. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Psychology and I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Management. What I find particularly exciting is applying what I learn in my studies to real-world situations. My internship at Care Solutions offers me exactly this opportunity and has already provided me with many insights into organizational development.
I completed my first internship at Evonik in Employer Branding. There, I worked with a great international team and gained valuable insights into the development opportunities as well as the broad scope of Evonik. That’s why I was very pleased to have the opportunity to take a deeper look into the business through my work in a Business Line.
My Responsibilities
I support the Care Solutions Expert Pilot Program, which offers 52 global Experts opportunities for development and networking. This includes planning various digital and in‑person Sessions.
In addition, I support topics such as the learning platform CS Academy, meeting preparation, and the analysis of employee surveys. I particularly enjoy supporting change workshops. Seeing how teams collaborate more efficiently through targeted interventions impresses me every time.
My Conclusion
My tasks are diverse and allow me to work with international colleagues while contributing to a positive work environment. I encourage everyone to take advantage of different internships to explore their interests. For me, this internship is a valuable opportunity to further develop my strengths and actively help shape Care Solutions. Based on my positive experiences, I can very well imagine a future at Evonik.
