What does quality mean to you in your daily work?
For me, quality goes beyond procedures - it is about responsibility and trust. I am most motivated when I see my work lead to real outcomes. I support product complaint handling by visiting customer sites, observing field conditions, and conducting technical analyses to identify root causes and define effective corrective actions. By working closely with Marketing, Technical Sales, and external partners, I continuously improve product handling and safety practices. Turning challenges into better solutions is what drives me every day.
What motivates you most?
My strongest motivation is seeing the impact of my contributions. Whether improving processes, supporting customers, or strengthening cross‑functional collaboration, I enjoy transforming complexity into clear results. This mindset has been recognized through the Top Performer Award for three consecutive years.
Beyond my core role, I actively support HR in developing a sustainable laboratory internship program. Since 2022, I have coordinated with schools and universities across Indonesia, helped design structured learning journeys, and supported evaluations. I am proud that all interns from 2022 to 2026 have continued their education or successfully entered the workforce.
What has had the biggest influence on your career, and why?
The biggest influence in my life is my father. Growing up in a farming family taught me discipline, humility, and the value of hard work. I learned early on that success depends on responsibility and persistence, not background. My leaders at Evonik - especially my Plant Manager and colleagues - have further shaped my professional mindset around quality, ownership, and professionalism. Their trust motivates me to keep improving every day.
What does “Be Part of Something Special” mean to you?
For me, it means growing with a company that trusts and supports me while allowing me to contribute real value to the business, to people, and to future generations. It stands for a culture where teamwork, respect, and collaboration are truly lived.
What would you like people to know about your journey?
I come from a small village in Bogor, and I am the first in my family to work for a multinational company. This journey taught me that progress is built step by step through consistency and resilience - a mindset reflected in my personal motto: Keep moving, keep learning, and never give up.
Today, Evonik Indonesia is my second home—a place where we grow together, support one another, and work as one team. I believe that small, consistent efforts can create meaningful and lasting impact.
