Evonik marks 50 years at IPPE with focus on amino acids, local production and feed quality services

  • 50 years of partnership and commitment to the Americas region
  • Amino acids and gut health solutions for optimized poultry production
  • Digital tools AMINONIR®, AMINODat®, and AMINOSpec® for precision feeding

Evonik will celebrate 50 years of exhibiting at the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) when the event returns to the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta from January 27–29, 2026. The company will showcase its science-based solutions for efficient and sustainable poultry production, with a strong focus on amino acids, gut health, and feed quality services.

“Evonik’s 50 years at IPPE are a testament to our long-standing partnerships and commitment to the Americas region,” said Paulo Teixeira, Regional Vice President for the Americas at Evonik Animal Nutrition. “We continue to invest in reliable supply, innovative products, and science-driven solutions that help our customers succeed in a dynamic market.”

Evonik’s amino acids portfolio, including MetAMINO® (DL-methionine) and Biolys® (L-lysine), remains a cornerstone of poultry nutrition strategies that help producers optimize protein efficiency, reduce feed costs, and minimize environmental impact.

Supported by its world-scale methionine hub in Mobile, Alabama, Evonik will emphasize its supply security in the Americas. The company is in the final stages of completing a backward integration project at the site—a strategic investment designed to strengthen cost efficiency and ensure long-term reliability for customers in the Americas.

At the event, Evonik will also showcase GuanAMINO®, a creatine precursor that boosts energy metabolism and improves feed conversion, and its gut health solution Ecobiol®, a natural, spore-forming probiotic that outgrows 46 percent faster than competitor products. These solutions help producers achieve consistent performance and resilience under challenging conditions.

Visitors to Evonik’s booth can also explore the company’s digital tools and services. These include AMINONIR®, Evonik’s analytical service for raw materials and complete feeds based on near infrared (NIR) technology, AMINODat®, a comprehensive global database for animal nutritionists, and AMINOSpec®, which provides dynamic and flexible feeding programs.

Evonik experts will be available at booth A1533 in Green Hall A to discuss how their products and services can support efficient, sustainable animal protein production. IPPE is a major event in the livestock industry’s calendar. It brings together experts to explore the latest innovations in the global animal food sector and the solutions needed to address emerging challenges.
