OXTERIL® 350 Spray

OXTERIL® 350 Spray is a specialty hydrogen peroxide grade, which is designed for the use in the aseptic packaging industry as well as other sterilization applications in food processing. OXTERIL® 350 Spray is an aqueous solution of highly purified, high quality hydrogen peroxide. OXTERIL® 350 Spray formulation is adapted to the spray method. In this process H₂O₂ is sprayed through a nozzle into the preformed packaging material in order to sterilize it. Afterwards, the residual product is removed.
OXTERIL® 350 Spray is characterized by easier removable deposits in the spraying unit, composition adapted to the spray process and low machine maintenance. High product stability ensures extended shelf life.
OXTERIL® 350 Spray is approved and recommended by the major packaging machine manufacturers.

Storage:

Hydrogen peroxide has to be stored in original containers or tank farms in an ambient condition protected from the direct sun irradiation area. It is important to keep hydrogen peroxide protected from all types of contamination and away from of combustible/ oxidizable materials. Containers should be stored unopened and in an upright position.

Packaging:

Canisters, drums (on request), IBC-containers, tank containers or tank trucks (on request).

Shelf life:

When stored properly in the originally sealed HDPE packaging, the shelf life of the product is 24 months from the date of production.
