OXTERIL® 350 Bath

OXTERIL® 350 Bath is a specialty hydrogen peroxide grade, which is designed for the use in the aseptic packaging industry as well as other sterilization applications in food processing. It is an aqueous solution of highly purified high quality hydrogen peroxide.
OXTERIL® 350 Bath formulation is adapted to the immersion bath process. In this process the packaging material (sheets of laminated paper, plastic or laminated aluminum) passes through a heated bath of 35% hydrogen peroxide for sterilization. After the removal of the residual product, the packaging material is formed and filled. OXTERIL® 350 Bath is characterized by high stability in the immersion bath and long shelf life.
OXTERIL® 350 Bath is approved and recommended by the major packaging machine manufacturers.

Storage:

Hydrogen peroxide has to be stored in original containers or tank farms in an ambient condition protected from the direct sun irradiation area. It is important to keep hydrogen peroxide protected from all types of contamination and away from of combustible/ oxidizable materials. Containers should be stored unopened and in an upright position.

Packaging:

Canisters, drums (on request), IBC-containers, tank containers or tank trucks (on request).

Shelf life:

When stored properly in the originally sealed HDPE packaging, the shelf life of the product is 24 months from the date of production.
