LACTEL® 50:50 DL-PLGE IV 0.76 - 0.94 (legacy LACTEL® B6010-3) is a copolymer of 50 mol % D,L-Lactide and 50 mol % Glycolide with an ester end group.
The inherent viscosity range of this polymer is 0.76-0.94 dL/g in HFIP and its degradation time is max. 3 months.
This bioabsorbable excipient is supplied as white to tan pelletized solid and may be used for parenteral controlled release of pharmaceutical ingredients.
