Evonik’s Northern Lipids® Compass Kit 1 is a four-component lipid sample kit designed to support the formulation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for nucleic acid delivery. The kit includes ALC-0315, ALC-0159, DSPC, and PhytoChol® Inject and enables the preparation of LNP formulations using standard lipid ratios and concentrations at volumes of up to 120 mL. Lipid composition and N:P ratios can be easily adjusted to meet specific formulation requirements.
