ROHACELL® WF is a closed‑cell PMI foam core developed specifically for aerospace applications and compliant with key standards such as MIL‑PRF‑46194B, CMS, and DIN WL 5.1460/5.1461. It is ideal for aircraft structures including pressure bulkheads, rotor blades and fuselage panels. It enables single‑step co‑curing to reduce time and cost, withstands up to 0.7 MPa (102 psi) and 130 °C (266 °F), and up to 180 °C (356 °F) in the HT grade, while minimizing resin uptake for significant weight savings.
