ROHACELL® XT is a PMI foam offering the highest resistance to extreme processing conditions within the ROHACELL® range. It withstands curing temperatures up to 180°C (356 °F) and pressures up to 0.45 MPa (65 psi), while ROHACELL® XT-HT version tolerates up to 190 °C (374 °F) and 0.7 MPa (102 psi). Pressure‑free post‑cures up to 240°C (464 °F) are possible, ideal for BMI resins. It is compatible with autoclave, vacuum infusion, RTM and VARTM processes and can be thermoformed or CNC‑machined.
