ROHACELL® HE is a high performance PMI foam with exceptional mechanical strength, particularly under tensile and dynamic loads. It offers superior impact resistance, excellent elongation at break, and outstanding thermal and mechanical performance. Its fine closed cell structure minimizes resin uptake and ensures reliable face sheet bonding. Stable up to 130 °C (266 °F), it supports all standard composite processes and can be CNC machined or thermoformed.
