MONCAT™ 2021 is an activated nickel on silica catalyst embedded in hydrogenated vegetable oil, developed for the oils and fats industry.

Further Information
Storage:
- Drums should be kept tightly closed, protected from freezing, not exposed to direct sunlight and stored in a dry well ventilated place between 5 and 30°C (40 to 83°F).
- The catalyst is packed under nitrogen to inhibit oxidation. Therefore, once the packaging has been opened, it is recommended to use the catalyst within 2 months.
Packaging:
- MONCAT™ 2021 is delivered in 175 kg in steel drums lined with polyethylene bag liners.
- For large volumes of 650 to 750 kg super sacks are available.
Shelf life:
The shelf life is up to 12 months under the standard storage conditions as specified above.
