TEGOSTAB® B 8870 is a non-hydrolysable polyether polydimethylsiloxane copolymer which is used in the manufacturing process of polyurethane rigid foams.
Typical Applications
TEGOSTAB® B 8870 is suitable for one-component foam either for gun- or straw applications. It was primarily designed to achieve a very strong stabilization support which is a precondition for a fine cell-structured foam.
In case additional cell opening is needed in OCF, TEGOSTAB® B 8870 may be used in conjunction with a cell opener from the TEGOSTAB® or ORTEGOL® range.
