SITREN® CSA is used as a component in the formulation of sizing agents, particularly for glass fibers, where it helps reduce fuzzing during the sizing step, ensuring better processability of the rovings.
Additionally, the cationic surfactant can be used in the production of glass fiber mats, improving the dispersion of chopped glass fibers in the process water.
