DABCO® NE 300 is a reactive amine that promotes the urea (water-isocyanate) reaction. It reacts into the polyurethane matrix, thereby contributing to negligible emissions.
It is used in all moulded and high-density foam applications to meet OEM emission specifications such as VDA 278. It is also used in flexible slabstock applications (polyether and polyester) to meet Certipur® or LGA requirements.
It is low emission alternative to DABCO® BL 11.
Typical Applications
DABCO® NE 300 is recommended for use in any water-blown TDI or TDI/MDI high resiliency (HR) foam and in TDI/MDI or MDI-based, cold-cured moulded polyurethane cushioning foam systems.
