DABCO® EG is a tertiary amine that is a solution of 33 % triethylenediamine (TEDA) and 67 % ethylene glycol. It is a strong urethane (polyol-isocyanate) catalyst that can be used in flexible foam applications and is commonly used for shoe soles.
Typical Applications
DABCO® EG is intended for use in any polyurethane formulation extended with dimonethylene glycol (MEG). It is widely used in microcellular applications as DABCO® CRYSTALLINEcatalyst, but in a convenient liquid form.
