DABCO® NE 1082 is a Negligible Emission gel catalyst for MDI and TDI flexible moulded foam, that primarily promotes the urethane (polyolisocyante) reaction. It was developed for use in cold cure flexible moulded polyurethane foam system. It binds chemically into the polyurethane foam matrix while maintaining foam properties in moulded foam systems.
Typical Applications
DABCO® NE 1082 is recommended for use in water-blown, CO2-blown or other alternative blow agents for slabstock or moulded polyurethane foam systems. It is compatible with other commonly used polyurethane catalysts and additives; and is readily miscible with polyols and polyol/water mixtures.
