ACCUREL® XP 800 is a porous carrier resin completely made from general purpose polystyrene (GPPS).
Typical Applications
ACCUREL® XP 800 is a porous GPPS carrier for the production of additive masterbatches and solid concentrates via absorption of liquid additives at processing temperatures up to 70°C. ACCUREL® XP 800 is most effective for the incorporation of thermally sensitive additives, reactive agents and for those which cannot be processed by conventional extrusion compounding techniques. In general, additive viscosity should not exceed 30,000 cSt at absorption processing temperature.
