Typical Applications
In paper application TEGOPREN® 5888 is recommended as defoamer booster for mineral or silicone oil-based pulp defoamers and as emulsifier and booster for paper mill defoamers based on fatty alcohols.
In textile application TEGOPREN® 5888 is recommended as lubricant and wetting / spreading agent in polar and non-polar systems.
It can be used alone or in combination with other organo modified siloxanes or organic based surfactants.
