TEGOSTAB® B 8931 is a surfactant for manufacturing microcellular foam such as shoe soles or integral skin foams. It enables density reductions and leads to a fine and open cell structure.
Typical Applications
TEGOSTAB® B 8931 is used as a single surfactant in intrinsically fine and stable microcellular formulations.
In low density formulations which are intrinsically coarser in cell structure, TEGOSTAB® B 8931 should be combined with small amounts of a stronger stabilizer.
