DABCO® NE 1075 is a low emission reactive balanced-gel catalyst. Due to its reactive hydroxyl group, it readily reacts into the polymer matrix, significantly reducing off-gassing and amine-related odor over time compared to conventional tertiary amine catalysts. That makes it suitable for demanding HR-moulded foam applications.
Typical Applications
DABCO® NE 1075 is well suited for use in TDI or MDI based HR moulded foams and is commonly used in combination with low emission blow catalysts such as DABCO® NE 300.
