TEGOSIL® MBL is used for adjusting the pottlife of addition-curing silicones. In addition, TEGOSIL® stands for high-quality silicone solutions with low cyclic content, ensuring optimized performance and compliance with stringent industry standards (D4 < 250ppm, D5 < 1000ppm, D6 < 1000ppm).
Typical Applications
TEGOSIL® MBL is a ready-to-use mixture of an Alkinol in TEGOSIL® VS. Depending on the required potlife, the dosage is typically between 1 and 10%. TEGOSIL® MVC and DVS are pure silicone-based inhibitors which control the activity of the Pt-catalyst. They are used when exceptionally long working times or very low dosage levels are required. The typical dosage is between 0.01 and 1%.
