Your samples are analyzed at our laboratory sites in Darmstadt, Essen, Hanau, or Marl, depending on your request. Getting in direct contact with you is always a top priority for us.

Please inform our order management before sending your samples using our contact form.

You will promptly receive an order form (including the shipping address for the samples) via email. Please complete the order form and attach it to your samples.

Of course, you can also contact us by phone, email, or in person.

Following information are mandatory:

• Sender / Contact person
• Sample identification (description or sample ID number)
• Description of the task or research question
• Required turnaround time or requested completion date
• Safety information and hazard classification of the sample
