PERSYNT® 350 COS is a specialty grade of hydrogen peroxide. It is an aqueous solution of highly purified hydrogen peroxide. The composition of PERSYNT® 350 COS was specially designed for use as an ingredient in various cosmetic products and developed in respect to the current European cosmetic regulation (regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009). PERSYNT® 350 COS has a high concentration of stabilizers and is recommended for hair coloring and styling formulations.
