ANCAMINE® 2849 is a modified aliphatic amine designed for use with bisphenol F and epoxy novolac resins.

ANCAMINE® 2849 provides excellent resistance to 98% sulfuric acid up to 60°C and also provides outstanding resistance to crude oil up to 75-80°C.

ANCAMINE® 2849 is designed for use in coating applications that require resistance to acids in industrial coating applications like interior tank linings, secondary containment coatings and wastewater linings.

Coatings based on ANCAMINE® 2849 would be also beneficial for use in wastewater applications, secondary containment, industrial flooring, and concrete structures in order to prevent deterioration due to strong chemical exposure.
