LACTEL® 85:15 DL-PLGE IV 0.55 - 0.75 (legacy LACTEL® B6006-1) is a copolymer of 85 mol % D,L-Lactide and 15 mol % Glycolide with an ester end group.
The inherent viscosity range of this polymer is 0.55-0.75 dL/g and its degradation time is max. 9 months.
This bioabsorbable excipient is supplied as white to tan ground or pelletized solid and may be used for parenteral controlled release of pharmaceutical ingredients.
