LACTEL® 85:15 DL-PLGE IV 0.76 - 0.85 (legacy LACTEL® B6006-1) is a copolymer of 85 mol % D,L-Lactide and 15 mol % Glycolide with an ester end group.
The inherent viscosity range of this polymer is 0.76-0.85 dL/g and its degradation time is max. 12 months.
This bioabsorbable excipient is supplied as white to tan ground or pelletized solid and may be used for parenteral controlled release of pharmaceutical ingredients.
