TEGOSTAB® B 8738 LF 2 is a low-medium potency TDI or TM 20 silicone surfactant for manufacturing polyurethane foam. It can also be used at lower usage levels as a co-surfactant in mostly MDI-based foams.
Typical Applications
TEGOSTAB® B 8738 LF 2 is primarily for TDI or TDI/MDI (e. g. TM20, TM30) foams. It is also suitable for TDI/MDI-blends, up to 50 % MDI. It can also be used as a co-surfactant with additional cell regulator to enhance shear stability in some MDI systems.
