ANCAMINE® 2869

ANCAMINE® 2869 is a modified polyamine designed for use as an ambient curing agent in two-component liquid epoxy systems. It is especially suitable for use in industrial flooring applications in both primer or topcoat applications. Special features include good resistance against chemicals and humidity and high reactivity also at lower temperatures. This curing agent is an ideal alternative to ANCAMINE® 2759 or ANCAMINE® 2608 when improved labeling is required.

Typical Applications

ANCAMINE® 2869 is a versatile epoxy curing agent designed to deliver reliable performance across a wide range of demanding flooring and coating applications, combining durability, excellent adhesion, and ease of application.

  • Industrial coatings: can be used in a broad application range in both metal and concrete epoxy coatings

  • Primer or sealer in flooring applications: provides excellent substrate wetting and adhesion, even on damp concrete

  • Self-leveling floor coatings: specifically designed for high film build concrete coatings and floorings


With its broad applicability and robust performance profile, ANCAMINE® 2869 enables formulators and applicators to achieve durable, high-quality epoxy coatings across diverse substrates and flooring systems.
