Market Intelligence Specialist

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Economics, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in market intelligence, marketing, or project management—preferably in animal nutrition, feed additives, or agriculture industries.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience with IBP, SAP, Dynamics 365, Power BI, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver high‑quality reports under tight deadlines.
• Fluent English and Chinese, both written and verbal.

1. Market Intelligence & Industry Analysis

• Data maintenance in APAC market intelligence platform to support pricing and business decision, e.g. Marco economic, raw materials price, livestock production, Feed production, exchange rate.
• Import and export data download, analysis and report for Amino Acids etc.
• Explore new resources for Market intelligence to close the gap AN have in APAC region.
• Manage internal intelligence sharing and reporting systems to ensure consistent, efficient information flow.

2. Project Management & New Product Launch

• Support EN related new product launches in the Greater China region, ensuring comprehensive market study into sales strategy and sales targets.
• Conduct in depth analysis of China’s livestock value chain and customer behaviors to identify market opportunities.
• Evaluate market potential and customer needs for EN related new products; clarify value propositions, product advantages, and key selling points.
