Natural in Surface Care

From Eco-friendly to natural Ingredients NAFTA

The demand for surface cleaning products is being driven by consumer concerns about the COVID-19 and may well persist for the rest of 2020 and even beyond. Consumer behaviors are also changing as people remain in self-isolation and behaviors shift toward healthier lifestyles. For example, Kantar's COVID-19 Barometer survey indicates that more than 50% of consumers polled have adopted healthier eating habits.

With respect to consumer products, this means that as the COVID-19 crisis normalizes, people will seek more mild and eco-friendly products that can also deliver expected efficacy. The changes in cleaning regimes will require new approaches to the market.
