Classification of Aqueous Peracetic Acid Solutions
According to the Global Harmonized System (GHS) and the European Regulation no. 1272/2008, aqueous solutions of peracetic acid are dangerous substances and therefore must be labeled and handled correspondingly.
The exact classification of the particular product depends on the concentration of peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide. The table below represents the classification of the selected products.
