Verantwortlichkeiten

• Leitung und Organisation der Einsatzzentrale und des Ereignisstabsraums

• Sicherstellung der Betriebssicherheit und Verfügbarkeit von Einsatzleitwagen, Einsatzleitsystemen und zugehöriger Technik

• Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung der Systeme sowie Organisation der Datenversorgung

• Koordination der Einsatzunterstützung und Verwaltung einsatzrelevanter Unterlagen

• Erstellung und Optimierung der Alarm- und Ausrückeordnung (AAO) in Zusammenarbeit mit öffentlichen Feuerwehren

• Mitwirkung bei der Warnung der Öffentlichkeit im Ereignisfall

• Organisation der TUIS-Notfallzentrale und Bereitstellung von Notfallauskünften zu Sicherheitsdatenblättern

Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Sicherheit oder Technik, sowie abgeschlossene Laufbahnausbildung in der Laufbahngruppe 2.1

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Leitungsfunktion, idealerweise in einer Einsatzzentrale, Leitstelle 

• Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Leitstellensystemen und IT-Anwendungen

• Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz

• Hohes Maß an Organisationsstärke, Entscheidungsfreude und Belastbarkeit

• Zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
